Sun Systems EC-13HA Ultra Low LN2 Environmental Temperature Test Chamber. The EC13 model temperature testing chamber has an additional 6" of workspace depth compared to the EC12 model and an additional 150 CFM of air flow to minimize temperature gradients throughout the workspace. The 3 ft3 chamber uses vertical air flow with convection style heating and has a temperature range of -184°C to 315°C (using LN2). The chamber uses the advanced and extremely flexible TC10 controller to provide features such as non-volatile memory to store user temperature profiles and parameters, an additional probe (for monitoring and control of product temperature), adjustable ramp rate, power down restart, analog and auxiliary I/O. Built in IEEE-488 (GPIB), RS232/RS422 remote interfaces are standard features on the EC13. The chamber can function on it's own in an Automated Test Environment. Rate Of Change
To calculate rate of change for a particular condition, take the difference between the Start Temp and End Temp and divide by the Transition Time.
Cool Down Example: From +85°C to -40°C = 125°C / 45 min = 2.78°C/min.
